Project by Guilherme Siegfried Marx, built between 1957 and 1958 for use on weekends. It has a square floor plan and an area of 107 square metres, stone block facades, canal-roof tiles and wooden flooring. The house has a veranda, living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. In 1985 it became the administrative sector of the site; currently, it is used by the technical and administrative sectors of Sítio Roberto Burle Marx.
