Mission, Vision and Values

Mission: To preserve, study and disseminate the work of Roberto Burle Marx based on the cultural heritage of the Sítio Roberto Burle Marx, recognised as the centre of his memory and study, the builder and diffusor of knowledge in the fields of landscaping, landscape, environmental preservation and the arts.

Vision: To become consolidated as the centre for research and reference for the work of Burle Marx, aligned with the vision and institutional mission, as well as Iphan’s Strategic Planning, and in consonance with the National Policy on Cultural Heritage.

Values: Sustainability, culture and community.
